October 10, 2009The inter-province sports meet of the Civil Defense Department was held at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo recently. Sportspersons from all the provinces of the island attended the event and the championship in athletics went to Polonnaruwa Province while the runners-up were sportspersons who represented 12 Wilpattu.
